Video starts and stops.

This may be caused by a bad connection by your internet provider. If available, click on the Downloadable Version and when it is finished loading then you should be able to view the video without interruption.


Video player just says "connecting" and doesn't play.

Please close the Popup window and reload the page - sometimes there is an interuption in the initial connection.
This also may be caused by the cache of your browser being full. Please empty your browsers "temporary internet files" from the "Options Tab" then the "Internet Options" and try again.
This also may be caused by the stream server being temporarily delayed usually caused by server upgrades. These interruptions are usually temporary so please try again later.


I can't get the Flash plugin to update.

If you are in a local network such in a work situation, you may need approval to upgrade software on your machine. Please contact your network administrator for approval or information.


I've upgraded the Flash plugin successfully, but it still won't play.

In rare instances the browser needs to be relaunched. Please exit your browser application and revisit us.
